The City of Pewaukee has announced the timeline for the 2025 Board of Review. The process kicks off on June 16th, 2025, when assessment notices will be mailed out by the Assessor. Property owners will have a window from June 23rd, 2025, through July 3rd, 2025, to review these assessments. During this Open Book period, assessments can be viewed online, at City Hall, or the Pewaukee Public Library. For assistance, individuals are encouraged to call (262) 691-6010.

The deadline for filing an objection form is set for July 21st, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Following this, the first Board of Review meeting is scheduled for July 23rd, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., to be held in the Common Council Chambers. During this meeting, the board will officially receive the assessment roll and consider extraordinary circumstances. Property owners who have submitted objections by the deadline need not attend this initial meeting, as the Clerk will schedule their hearings.

Hearings for objections will take place from July 23rd, 2025, to July 30th, 2025, also in the Common Council Chambers. The Clerk will inform objectors of their hearing dates and times in advance.

Additional resources for property owners, including the 2025 Guide for Property Owners and the Objection to Real Property Assessment form, are available online.
