Wisconsin schools achieve top ACT scores; students recognized as National Merit Semi-Finalists

HS^2, Whitefish Bay High School, and Tesla Engineering Charter School have achieved the highest average ACT composite score of 25.4 in Wisconsin. KM Global secured the sixth position with a composite score of 24.3. The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction released its accountability reports for the 2023-2024 school year, showing HS^2 with the third-highest high school score at 93.4 and KM Global ranking tenth at 86.2. KMMS ranked 23rd among middle schools with a score of 85.6, with all three schools surpassing expectations.

In terms of national recognition, Bridget Duffy from KMHS and Madeline Bruss from KM Global have been named National Merit Semi-Finalists by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation. This distinction is awarded to approximately 16,000 students annually based on top PSAT scores, which vary by state cutoff requirements. Semifinalists must meet further criteria to advance as Finalists and compete for scholarships. Additionally, Devin Johnson from KMHS and Delaney Eldridge from HS^2 received commendations.
