On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Catholic Memorial High School standout Rory Fox’s current college team, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, won 12-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the UMBC Retrievers.

The game took place at Melching Field at Conrad Park. This was their first matchup against the Retrievers this season.

The Fighting Irish’s next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 1:30 p.m. at Melching Field at Conrad Park against Stetson Hatters.
