He called for the Oversight Board to comply with a federal court order to pay the utility’s creditors.

Scott Fitzgerald has served in Congress since 2021 after replacing Jim Sensenbrenner. Before his congressional role, he was part of the Wisconsin State Senate from 1995 until 2021. Born in Chicago in 1963 and residing in Clyman, Fitzgerald is an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
