The School District of Elmbrook has been recognized as "Significantly Exceeds Expectations" by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) in its recently released district and school report cards. The district achieved a rating score of 85.1, placing it third among 4K-12th grade districts in the state with student populations exceeding 1,000, based on data from the 2023-24 school year. All schools within the district received ratings of either "significantly exceeds" or "exceeds" expectations.
The DPI's report cards aim to provide a standardized method for parents and community members to assess the effectiveness of their local schools and districts. These evaluations cover four priority areas: Student Achievement, Student Growth, Target Group Outcomes, and On-Track to Graduation. Each publicly funded school and district in Wisconsin receives scores and ratings based on combined outcomes in these areas.
“These results highlight the remarkable growth and success of our students, showcasing our educators’ dedication and exceptional efforts on behalf of all our students,” stated Emily Greiber, Assistant Superintendent for Teaching & Learning.
