The Waukesha city police department has published notices on their social media pages to notify residents of the release of four different homeless sex offenders into the city during June and July.

Amani Reid was released on June 4, 2024. He was convicted of multiple counts of intercourse with underage female relatives over the course of several years.

Keenan Watson was released on June 25, 2023. He was convicted of multiple counts of intercourse with two different 12 year old females.

On July 3, 2024, Ralph Hoak was released into the Waukesha area. He was convicted of possessing pornographic materials depicting sexual acts performed by underage boys and girls with adult figures.

Jarret Pollari has two previous convictions, one from when he was 19 and performed penetrative acts on an 8 year old girl, and another from when he was 20 and exposed himself to a 13 year old girl who he also touched inappropriately. He was released on July 9, 2024.

All four offenders are listed as “homeless” on their release notices, and all have the “potential to reoffend” included in their classification levels. They are all barred from unsupervised contact with minors and have mandated interactions with law enforcement, as well as electronic monitoring. The Waukesha city police posts regular notifications to residents when new offenders are released into the area when they discern the information benefits residents and increases public safety and awareness.

Waukesha residents can get more information on sex offenders in their area on the Wisconsin Department of Corrections Sex Offender Registry, which is publicly available online.
