What is it really like in a restaurant kitchen? Two Waukesha County environmental health sanitarians (health inspectors) will explain their backgrounds and their roles in helping food operators serve safe food. They will also discuss the highest concerning risk factor violations according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. You will also leave with knowledge of what you can do at home and get-togethers to ensure the food is safe to eat.
