The Waukesha County Business Alliance has announced the promotions of three team members: Sophia Heimos, Kennedy Metcalf, and Lexi Podjasek. Each has been recognized for their contributions to the organization.

Sophia Heimos has taken on the role of Events & Marketing Manager. She is responsible for planning and executing annual programs and awards, managing the content calendar, and overseeing email communications to keep members informed.

Kennedy Metcalf has been promoted to Office Coordinator. Alongside her operational duties, she supports events and marketing efforts, including Leadership Waukesha County and the Schools2Skills program.

Lexi Podjasek now serves as Workforce Development Manager. She leads business and education programming such as student career expos and oversees ribbon cuttings and groundbreakings.

The Alliance expressed pride in these individuals’ professional contributions and their roles in shaping a collaborative culture within the organization.
