Scott Fitzgerald has served in Congress after winning elections in both 2020 and 2022. In 2022, he defeated Mike Van Someren with 64.4% of the vote compared to Van Someren's 35.6%. In the previous election cycle in 2020, Fitzgerald secured victory over Tom Palzewicz with a margin of 60.1% to 39.8%.
