The Waukesha County Board is seeking applicants to fill the vacant District 5 County Board seat. This vacancy arises as Supervisor Jennifer Grant steps down following her election as Waukesha County Treasurer. District 5 covers parts of the Village of Menomonee Falls and the Village of Lannon.

County Board Supervisors are responsible for representing their district and influencing county policies. Their duties include serving on committees, engaging in budget discussions, and voting on key issues impacting residents of Waukesha County. The board is looking for an individual who is passionate about community service.

Interested individuals should submit a letter of interest by December 3, along with their background information and experience. Applications should be sent to Sarah Spaeth, Chief of Staff at the Waukesha County Board Office, located at 515 W. Moreland Boulevard Room AC130, Waukesha, WI 53188. Alternatively, applications can be emailed to [email protected].

Interviews will take place on the morning of December 9th with the County Board’s Executive Committee. The chosen candidate will serve on two committees and complete the term ending in April 2026.
