Of the 6,156 people living in Elm Grove in 2020, 55 percent (3,387) were women and 45 percent (2,769) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Waukesha County Times.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 400. In the 65 and over age range, there were 882 females and 492 males.
