City of Pewaukee recently issued the following announcement.
Important! Don’t Blow Snow into the Streets
This is an important reminder to all City of Pewaukee property owners that shoveling, pushing or blowing snow or ice into the street or across public roadways creates an unsafe condition for drivers and is punishable by law. Pewaukee Ordinance Chapter 10.09. Deposit of Snow in the Streets or Right-of-Ways; Wisconsin State Statute 346.94(5). Please make sure to notify your snow removal contractors as well. Thank you for doing your part to help keep our streets and sidewalks safe for everyone.
