Cost of college went up for all students at Herzing University-Brookfield

Tuition and fees rose 1.1 percent for 2018-19 at Herzing University-Brookfield, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Wisconsin students paid $14,000 to attend the four-year private not-for-profit institution this year – $150 more than the $13,850 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 100 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 5 students received grants or scholarships totaling $59,555 and 3 students took out student loans totaling more than $18,136.

Including all undergraduates (411), 232 students used grants or scholarships totaling $1.8 million, and 198 students took out $1.8 million in federal student loans.
