African American population in North Prairie decreased by 57 people between 2017 and 2018, according to the U.S. Census Bureau's American Community Survey.

Since 2010 the population has remained.

The Wisconsin municipality that saw the largest population growth in the African American community between the same time period was Madison.

The American Community Survey (ACS) is an ongoing survey by the U.S. Census Bureau.
