Nashotah reported a median commercial property tax rate of 1.2% in fiscal year 2025, ranking fourth among Waukesha County municipalities, according to BlockShopper.com.
The countywide median for FY 2025 was 1.1%, with Nashotah exceeding that by 0.1 percentage point.
Four other cities in Waukesha County, including Waukesha and Elm Grove, also had a 1.1% median commercial property tax rate that year.
Across all 23 cities in the county, median rates ranged from 0.4% in Vernon to 2.4% in Dousman.
For FY 2024, Nashotah’s median commercial property tax rate was 0.8%, placing it 19th in the county.
