The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2025 in Waukesha County , while total sales increased by 5.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2025, 5,592 homes were sold in the county, with sale prices averaging $430,300. This is a 4.4% increase over the $412,250 median sale price during the same period in 2024, when there were 5,301 homes sold.
